After a long night(recession) new management world is looking forward to grow their economy by maintaining good trade relationship with INDIA and china.developing world like INDIA CHINA BRAZIL are the new aims for the developed world because these countries are not only dealing in cheap labour and resources but they are also innovating the products.
It might be possible that they don't have APPLE IPAD but they are working with other technology which is enough good to deal with new world.they are manufacturing cars at 3,000$,computer at 300$ and mobile at 30$,which is suitable for their growing population.INDIA produces 60,000 and CHINA produces 75,000 engineers and 3million and 5million graduate every year respectively.
JAPAN adopted the mass manufacturing technology from AMERICA and after some time AMERICAN were shocked that JAPAN is the leading country in car manufacturing and now the whole world has adopted their technology like "lean" manufacturing and "just-in-time".in upcoming days INDIA AND CHINA will be the market where every country would like to invest ,some of best companies like MICROSOFT ,CISCO has their best offices and r&d centers in india.
so ,young INDIANS are ready to take the charge ,i think in next few months there will be a lot of jobs in INDIA.
